I had use this app for over a year, there is always new manga update every week.

The app is good although navigating the website is easier. My only problem with the app is I cant access any back issues. There are lots of great series but I would rather not start a series in the middle. It seems this apps Japanese counterpart gives you the option to get back issues. Nov 4,2016 Edit: For whatever reason this app no longer gets half the manga it did but they still update them online. I see no point in using the app anymore.

I like the app. Gives me a lot of time to read the old magazine because I dont have time to read them every week. The app runs with no problem. Its a great app to read there manga in HD. Thanks for you hard work guys

This app had some good stuff for a good amount of time. But after a while Manga Box needs to get more titles in its library after a few serializations had stopped. Some of the long runners like Peephole had finished publication, the better ones ceased too. Now therere barely enough series to cover the week. Maybe its time to add stuff from the Japanese and Chinese versions, or at least get some new material.

MangaBox used to offer a wide variety of great titles, with new ones offered every so often. However, most of those series have since ended and have been removed, so unless youre up to date on the few remaining titles, you wont find much for you here. Id love to have a paid version of the app, if it meant access to the removed titles

Awesome, legal & free app. They have many different genres but all of them are really well written.

This app has been a weekly fix for over 2 years now. Im sad to see it slowly dying. If you need to move to a paid model, please make it clear how to sign up.

Ive been using it for months with any issues to speak of. Works flawlessly and has a wide variety of works.

Love the mangas in this app, the all very interesting and unique. Awesome app.

Good app with good mangas

I found a lot of cool mantas but the navigation is equal to crap but its the only place I can find these mangas

Lets start with what this app lacks.There is no search bar, so you cant find a specific series. There are no sort options, no synopsis page, no genre info; no information whatsoever, thus you go into every manga blind (excluding the cover page). The interface is subpar because it is missing all of these things and there is no options to change it. The one thing they got right was that there is a notifier. Sadly, it starts with all 20+ series set to "on". Youll have to go through manually and turn off everything you dont want to read, and Im currently only reading one thing on the app. Why? Because once again you get zero info about the series. It sends you start to the chapter. I also dont like the fact that if you swipe once youve finished the manga you were reading it takes you to another manga released that issue regardless of what you want. There should be a sort by series and a "magazine" view to see what was released that issue along with every I listed above. ATLEAST SERIES INFORMATION. Graphically, the app looks great. Thats my rant. ~~

They do provide fast releases for some series, but it would be nice to have a search tool so you wont have to scroll through the older issues to try and find a manga you like. An option to view by series (though, at least theres chapter selection) and series information would make it easier to use. Downloading for offline reading, even if its auto delete after a set amount days would be nice. All in all, not a bad manga app, but not the greatest either.

Great app with a good selection of manga.

As an avid manga reader I find myself looking for unique titles. Mangabox provides a platform for titles not available anywhere else, in many genres so there is something for everyone. If I have any complaints its that certain manga will get removed after a period of time with no indication of when this is going to happen or even a way to buy the titles to keep them. If there was a way to buy titles I liked, then this would be the perfect app to get exposure to new titles to buy the ones I wanted to keep permanent access to.

This sets the standard for a weekly digital manga magazine. Its easy to only follow the stories youre reading without having to flip through the ones you arent. Theres always a new series starting, so its easy for everyone to find something they like. The interface is clean and intuitively easy to use. Looks great on iPad and iPhone. The only drawback is that youre limited to a small number of back issues. I would gladly purchase a subscription if one were available.
